For those who live in Laguna and don't have the luxury of a washer and dryer at home, you either got the job done at Laguna Laundry or Legion Laundromat. Recently, Laguna Laundry went out of business, and from the looks of the shelled interior through the panes of exterior glass, the only place in town to do your laundry in coin-operated machines is Legion Laundromat. I am one of those people, so the trek is an extra 3 minutes by car, but I am pleased to report that both the wash and dry machines are a step up. The previous owner, Lee, upgraded them only a few years ago. New owner Marcus Vallejos plans to replace another row of older machines due to increased demand.
